Radishes
Selection & Storage

Look for fresh, firm, brightly coloured radishes to make sure they are fresh and crunchy. If they were bought with the leaves attached, these should also be fresh. Unless the radishes are going to be served on the same day, the tops should be removed. When choosing your radishes, check for mould, blemishes, cracks, cuts or yellowing and avoid those.

Store radishes in a plastic bag in the refrigerator - most varieties will keep up to two weeks.
