Litchis are incredibly versatile, great for the whole family and can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes (check out our
recipe section for exciting litchi recipes). Remove the skin easily by running a knife gently round the centre of the litchi and then pinching both ends to pop the fruit out of its skin. Remove the seed.
