Welcome to the 5-a-Day for Better Health TRUSTLiving in a world where we are told to “eat less of this”, and “don’t eat that”, isn’t it good to hear that you can eat plenty of vegetables and fruit every day? 5-a-Day is about getting South Africans to eat more vegetables and fruit for better health – a message our own Department of Health has supported by making the 5-a-Day for Better Health TRUST its official partner. 5-a-Day is also a member of the International Fruit and Vegetable Alliance (IFAVA).
